“Madrassa is the Factory of Terrorist”

"Some people think Madrassa is the factory of terrorist. And Muslims are the maker of it. But it is false because terrorist cannot have a religion, no religion include Islam don’t allow or teach to kill innocent people".

Some terrorists are saying that they are doing it for Jihad but in real they are trying to represent Islam negatively by killing people to create war and disbalance the peace in the world.

In a religious sense, as described by the Quran and teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (s), "jihad" has many meanings. It can refer to internal as well as external efforts to be a good Muslims or believer, as well as working to inform people about the faith of Islam.

If military jihad is required to protect the faith against others, it can be performed using anything from legal, diplomatic and economic to political means. If there is no peaceful alternative, Islam also allows the use of force, but there are strict rules of engagement. Innocents - such as women, children, or invalids - must never be harmed, and any peaceful overtures from the enemy must be accepted.

The concept of "war" is very important. Jihad is not a violent concept. Jihad is not a declaration of war against other religions. It is worth noting that the Koran specifically refers to Jews and Christians as "people of the book" who should be protected and respected. All three faiths worship the same God. Allah is just the Arabic word for God, and is used by Christian Arabs as well as Muslims.

I have talked with the Jamia Islamia Lalmatia Madrasa's teacher Maulana Mohtamim Saad and he said "we don't teach students to become terrorist we try to make them better human and tell them to live in peacefully".

A student of Lamatia Madarsa Joynul Abedin he said" our Ostad (teacher) don't tell us to become terrorist they teach us to be a good human being and serve people with good heart".

Another student Humayun Sabib said" Those who become terrorist they don't have any religion they just kill innocent people but Islam dont tell us that Islam tell us to live peacefully"

Even Prime minister of our country Sheikh Hasina said that “I’m not agreed with this concept that madrassa is the factory of create terrorist”. (From The Daily Star)

She also said that we have seen holey artisan attack that the terrorists were private university students. So, I hope people will not question or doubt on this anymore.

Recently we all been seen that at least 50 people were killed and 50 wounded, in a hate-filled terror attack targeting two mosques in the New Zealand city of Christchurch. The shooter, identified as 28-year-old Australian citizen Brenton Harrison Tarrant, has been charged with murder. Authorities found an 87-page manifesto filled with anti-immigrant, anti-Muslim ideas.

So, we should not think that madrassa is teaching jihad and making terrorist. Madrassa is making islamic scholars for the next generation and not making terrorist.
